We have put our 100% effort to display the colors and images of our products to capture them as accurately as possible as they appear in our hands. However, we can't guarantee that the monitor display of your computer will show you accurate colors of the products.
We reserve the right to all our designs and products, which cannot be sold by any third party without any written consent from our company. We also reserve the right to discontinue or sell any product/design at any time.
SECTION 6 - ACCOUNT INFORMATION & ACCURACY OF BILLING
Akraft Jewels reserves the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may do so, in our sole discretion, cancel or limit quantities purchased per order, per person, or per household. These restrictions may apply on orders placed under or by the same customer's account, the same credit/debit card, and/or orders with the same billing or shipping address. In the event, that we cancel or make a change on an order, we may notify you by contacting you via your e mail or phone number shared with us at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to prohibit or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors in our sole judgment.
You agree to provide us with your accurate, current, and complete information while making a purchase from our website. You agree to frequently update your address details and account information, including your email address and credit/debit card numbers and their expiration dates, so that we can go forward with your transactions and contact you whenever required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are eligible for cancellation if the product(s) hasn't been shipped from our warehouse. Your cancellation request will be disapproved if the product has already been dispatched.
In the event of cancellation the prepaid amount with be refunded to the payment sources within 24-48 hours.

Note: The customer cannot cancel orders for custom jewelry after the design is selected and the curation process has begun for the piece.
