Akraft Jewels offer a 6-month Plating Warranty and Lifetime Maintenance Warranty for all the products purchased from www.akraftjewels.com. Customers are advised to read the following information on this page carefully to understand the terms of services and conditions included in the company’s warranty policy.

Assured Lifetime Maintenance Warranty

We assure lifetime maintenance for our jewelry. Every product from Akraft Jewels passes through several stringent quality checks for ensuring that a perfect piece of jewelry is delivered at the customer's door that they can pass down to their generations ahead. Jewelry being a delicate item, it demands time-to-time maintenance for preserving its natural shine and routine repair work in cases of any physical tarnish/dent. If you are facing the same issues bring it to us and get back its old glory. 
Akraft Jewels understands the sentimental and commercial value attached to the jewelry and to ensure it is well kept – We offer our customers a Life Time Maintenance Warranty. You can call or email our team any time with the purchased invoice to avail this complimentary facility - because we truly care for our creations and your treasures.

 

6-Month Plating Warranty 

All our jewelry including ready-to-wear collections and custom pieces comes with a limited 6-month plating warranty starting from the date of the invoice. It is mandatory for customers to register the product on our website and to present the original invoice for claiming the warranty.
Akraft Jewels only covers plating issues when and if the purchased item has been used and handled in accordance with our care instructions.
This plating warranty doesn't cover discoloration or damage caused due to rough usage, wear and tear, or scratching caused due to abuse, or accidents.
As per the following terms of the plating warranty, we may re-plate or replace the product, if post quality checks the warranty claim is deemed legitimate. Please note no refunds or exchanges will be issued in the following scenarios.
If the product fails the quality check and it is regarded as an illegitimate warranty claim, we will reship the product back to the customer. In an event that the customer fails to accept the re-shipped item, he/she shall not be eligible for a refund, and Akraft Jewels have no liability for the return or refund for the re-shipped item(s).

 

Terms of Warranty

1. Akraft Jewels warranty and service policy will be available to each customer who purchases jewelry from http://www.akraftjewels.com from the date of their purchase. This warranty offer is available only on jewelry that is sold directly through the above-mentioned website. The following conditions apply.
  1.1. The warranty applies from the date of delivery. 
  1.2. Akarft Jewels' lifetime maintenance warranty only covers the cost of repair for defects resulting from normal use and wear,          like basic cleaning, loose prongs.
2. For the claim, when the customer sends jewelry under the lifetime maintenance guarantee to our offices, it will be checked and inspected only by our in-house team of jewelry experts who will determine if any repairs are required. If repairs are needed that are not covered under this lifetime guarantee, our team will contact the customer seeking permission and sharing the repair cost before working on the item
  2.1. The warranty doesn't cover theft or loss of the jewelry in its entirety or parts. 
  2.2. The warranty does not cover the cost of re-sizes.
  2.3. If case a defect is discovered, the product should be returned to Akraft Jewels for inspection. The company will alone                   determine if the defect is the result of extraordinary circumstances or normal wear.
  2.4. Any jewelry altered or re-sized in any way by a third party without the authorization of the company, will forfeit this                       warranty. 
  2.5. The customer is liable to cover shipping costs to the company while send the product for the warranty claim. 
  2.6. Akraft Jewels will not be held accountable for any damage, expenses, or loss incurred while the product(s) is not in the                company's possession. 
  2.7. If it's determined that the product has incurred damage outside the bounds of the warranty, due to extreme or unusual               wear or use, the cost of repairs will be paid by the customer.
  2.8. Due to the delicate nature of jewelry the company won't be liable for damage or breakage of any chains on bracelets,                   pendants, and necklaces. The company is not liable for accidental breakage of any accessories due to rough or careless               use. 
  2.9. Akraft Jewels will share a report with the customers listing all or any necessary repairs, prior to implementation of the                 repairs. While doing so the company will also inform the customer if the concerned repairs fall or does not fall within the             limits of the warranty.
  2.10. Only customers who have registered their purchased products on the website can claim Akraft Jewels’ Plating or                          Lifetime Maintenance Warranty.
