SHIPPING & RETURNS 

SHIPPING POLICY

Akraft Jewels offers FREE shipping on all orders above the value of ₹1000 within India. We urge customers to carefully inspect the delivered package for any tampering or damage before accepting the order or signing for the receipt.
Also for avoiding any future conflicts the customers are encouraged to make an uncut video of unboxing the package which can clearly show any missing product(s)/missing parts of the product(s)/damage to the product(s) in case they have to lodge a complaint of a defective product or not receiving any product inside the box/ packaging. 
Domestic orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 6-7 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Note that custom products take longer to curate because of the designing process involved in it with the customer, hence may take longer to create and deliver. Remember all our products are freshly handcrafted for you. Hence we may have a longer lead time although we always strive to get the products to you ASAP!

PACKAGING

Every jewelry package from our online jewelry store arrives at customer’s doorstep in tamper-proof, durable, packing. And our customers’ treasures are delivered to them in an equally exquisite ready-to-gift box.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things may go wrong and up close the piece might not be a perfect aesthetic fit for you. That's why we offer 14 days ‘no question asked' return policy for exchange and refund.

However, the return/exchange request will only be approved under the following conditions:

• The product is unused
• The product is not worn
• The product is not damaged
• The product is not altered
• The product is not a customized product.

 

We request customers contact our team before initiating the return so that they can assist them through the process while providing them with the right guidance. All products should be returned with their original tags, packaging, certificates, invoice, and tags. 
Akraft Jewels reserves the right to decline returns or charge customers for faulty and abused products. In such scenarios, Akraft Jewels will ship the product back to the customer and charge them for the shipping as well as the return cost.

 

Non-Refundable Items

•    All custom jewelry orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Some selected products might also be non-returnable.           Customers are advised to read the product page carefully before making a purchase to learn more about the product's               return policy. 
•    Special orders or final sale products may not eligible for return or exchange.
•    The shipping fee is also non-refundable. The refund/exchange for returns with missing paperwork or offers/special products       that were given with the product as a deal or combo, will not be processed.

 

Non-Resizable Items

Gemstone and Diamond rings are designed with a specific number of gemstones according to different finger sizes; hence ornate bands and milgrain cannot be resized. Customers are advised to determine their correct ring size while making the purchase. For assistance in finding your proper ring size connect with our jewelry experts or visit your nearest store and seek guidance from a professional.

 

How to Prepare for a Return or Exchange?

To return a jewelry item to Akraft Jewels, please follow the process below:

Initiate your return.
If due to any reason you want to return a product, initiate your return within 14 days. 
Note: No return requests will be entertained after 14 days of delivery. Return is not valid for custom orders.

Pack your Product(s) 
Make sure to securely pack your order with all the original packing materials. This includes all documents, or any offer or additional products delivered with the order. 
Please include all jewelry certificates and diamond grading reports or appraisal(s).
 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

All orders are eligible for cancellation if the product(s) hasn't been shipped from our warehouse. Your cancellation request will be disapproved if the product has already been dispatched.
In the event of cancellation the prepaid amount with be refunded to the payment sources within 24-48 hours.

Note: The customer cannot cancel orders for custom jewelry after the design is selected and the curation process has begun for the piece.
